The attention to detail is evident throughout, with rooms that are just like in the pictures, equipped with basic facilities. The staff here are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Plus, the breakfast included is a great perk, offering a variety of options to start your day.

The hotel has a great location, situated by an alley and next to a canal. It is also conveniently close to the Ca d'Oro Vaporetto stop, making it easy to explore the city. The room is spacious with comfortable beds and a view over the canal. The staff is helpful and accommodating, providing assistance with printing boarding passes. Additionally, guests can enjoy breakfast at a nearby restaurant.

The security measures for guests' passports were concerning.

Nothing not too like.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring Venice. Within a 15-minute walk, we had access to gondolas, Piazza San Marco, the train station, and plenty of shops. We also enjoyed the attached restaurant and found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. Additionally, having breakfast on the patio was a great experience, especially with the beautiful view of the canal and bridges.

Had a great Easter break in this hotel! Loved the fact that it was close to all the key attractions, with lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were really helpful when we asked for directions, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Really liked the free WiFi and the lightning-fast speeds – made it easy to work on emails and plan our itinerary for the next day. Plus, the breakfast was tasty and filling, with a good selection of different items on offer.

The lack of an elevator – it was tough carrying our luggage all the way up to the top floor! , the walls were pretty thin so we could sometimes hear noises from the rooms nearby.
