The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with clean and modernized rooms that had comfortable beds and a warm radiator. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area.

The only suggestion to improve the breakfast would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast items.

The property is clean, tidy, and has everything needed for a perfect stay. Mike, the host, went out of his way to make our stay the best it could be. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a perfect combination of continental and cooked options. There are plenty of activities for kids and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The games room/bar downstairs was a bonus. Perfect location near Coral Island and a nearby car park. Will definitely return as a family next time to enjoy the games room/bar. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to all the attractions in the area. It was also close to the beach, which was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. There was dust and cobwebs in the room that had clearly not been cleaned in a long time.

I recently stayed at The Derwent Hotel in Blackpool for a weekend getaway with my daughter. The small double room we had was comfortable and had a lovely ensuite bathroom with a shower. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh coffee and a tasty cooked English breakfast. The highlight of our stay was the fantastic games room and bar downstairs. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Coral Island and with a convenient carpark nearby. We will definitely be returning as a family to enjoy the games room next time.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were spotless and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was close to the beach and other amenities. Another advantage was the variety of activities available for both adults and children, such as computer games, toys, and board games.

We had to cut our stay short due to unforeseen circumstances. It would have been helpful if the hotel had a more flexible cancellation policy in case of emergencies.

The location of the hotel is great, being close to the seafront and in a nice area. You can easily access all the nearby amenities and enjoy the beautiful beach. The rooms are clean and the hosts are friendly and professional. The family room is spacious and perfect for those travelling with children. The breakfast is tasty and served quickly. the hotel has a games room and a bar, providing extra entertainment for guests.

It would have been nice to have a lamp or two in the room to create a cozy ambiance at bedtime.
