The stunning views of the Galleria made for a picturesque stay! The design and art were truly exceptional, and I must applaud the attentive service from Mino. he enhanced my experience tremendously.

Yet, the air conditioning was a letdown, failing to provide relief in the summer heat. I also found the breakfast options were limited, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

An art lover's paradise in the heart of Milan!

My stay was marred by noise. due to the hotel's central location, it was hard to escape the hustle and bustle of the Galleria. I also faced issues during check-out, which took nearly 45 minutes, far too long for a place of this caliber. Additionally, the room lacked adequate outlets, making it frustrating to charge devices. it felt outdated in regard to modern conveniences.

The hotel's location offers stunning views of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and the art decor is a whimsical touch that made my stay special. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding a personal touch.

However, the noise from the street was disruptive, especially late at night, which made getting a good night's sleep difficult. The room needed some updates and lacked sufficient outlets.

Staying here with friends was awesome! The location is unbeatable, right in the Galleria. We loved visiting the Duomo and exploring local shops. The breakfast had a wide selection, and we enjoyed the views while sipping coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made our experience even better.
