I had an amazing stay at Galleria Vik Milano. The value for money was outstanding, and the room was beyond luxurious. The location was great, and the staff treated me with utmost care and professionalism.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located near major shopping areas, making it easy to explore and indulge in retail therapy. the front desk staff and concierge were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely terrace where I could enjoy the view and relax after a long day of exploring.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the room key system was a bit complicated and required memorizing a password, which was a hassle.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in this city. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Galeria and major attractions such as the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Duomo, and La Scala. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautiful and carefully designed rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to a key metro station and the Leonard DaVinci museum. It was also conveniently near the center with an unforgettable view of the galleria. The rooms were luxurious, with everything one might need. The staff was amazing, learning my name and providing exceptional service. The breakfast overlooking the galleria was a fun experience, and the free mini bar was a nice touch.

Loved the retro-style of the hotel, it gave a unique and charming feel. the location was perfect for exploring the city, close to all the main attractions. the staff were very welcoming and attentive, making our stay feel special.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit confusing to control, but we didn't bother the staff about it. the breakfast buffet was a bit small, but the quality of the food was very good.

We loved the hotel's prime location. It was just a few steps away from La Scala, allowing us easy access to fantastic cultural experiences. The view from the balcony overlooking the Galleria was truly extraordinary. Cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay. The staff were happy, friendly, and accommodating, making us feel valued and taken care of throughout our visit.

Fantastic location in the heart of Milan, close to excellent restaurants and shopping. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially the concierge. Spacious and comfortable rooms with high ceilings and a balcony. Luxurious bathrooms with a large bathtub. Cosy atmosphere and a welcoming ambiance.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. the room advantages were exceptional, from the heated toilet floors to the wonderful view of the gallery. the continental breakfast was lovely, with a buffet breakfast and in-room breakfast option available. the bar/lounge area was cozy and served delicious drinks.

The only minor issue was the lack of a swimming pool or sauna on the premises, but the massage and spa center made up for it. the service was exceptional, catering to our every need with private facilities and special diet menus available.

The shower in my room was absolute perfection! The water was scalding hot, just the way I like it. And the view from my room's terrace overlooking the Galleria was simply breathtaking. The artwork in the hotel, including the Thinker by Rodin, added a touch of sophistication to the ambiance. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of town and close to a key metro station. I had an outstanding experience at Galleria Vik Milano and would highly recommend it.

Everything was within walking distance, including the famous Duomo which was just a minute away. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the room itself was unique, filled with beautiful art. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even gave us a special surprise for our anniversary. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant served incredible food. our experience at this hotel was top-notch.
