the Junior Suite was fantastic - it was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. the staff, especially Stephanie and Chiara, were incredibly helpful. They even organized our airport transfer, which was professional and efficient. We are already planning our next visit to this amazing hotel!

The location was perfect for exploring the city during the holiday season. the room was clean and satisfyingly spacious, and the staff were accommodating and prompt in responding to our needs. the airport transfer service was impeccable, and the availability of coffee and freshly baked croissants in the morning was a bonus.

The keypad entry system and limited reception hours left us feeling vulnerable and isolated, especially in the evenings. the small and oddly placed doorstops were hazardous and a constant nuisance, with no regard for practicality and safety.
