The staff are friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, with a good selection of amenities. Additionally, the breakfast on the rooftop with its breathtaking views is simply outstanding.

The staff was not welcoming nor helpful, and even the small requests were met with unenthusiastic sighs. The most confusing part was the extra fee for the services.

The hotel is very close to the center of the city, making it convenient to explore the various archaeological sites around Rome. It is in the center of everything, with the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain just a short walk away. The hotel staff is friendly and the beds are made and towels replenished daily. The rooms have lovely balconies, although some may overlook other buildings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tritone. We were in Rome for a week, exploring the city and its attractions. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of everything, allowing us to walk to most places. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring our room was clean and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, where we had a delicious breakfast each morning with a stunning view. The room had a nice balance of fresh air from the wide-opening window and the convenience of air conditioning.
