The staff were amazing, always available and friendly. The guest breakfast had many great options. Good location near the subway station. The restaurant served nice and affordable local wine. Fantastic room - clean, spacious, and with great amenities like air conditioning, a huge TV, and coffee making facilities.

During our recent stay at a hotel in Brescia, we found the room and bathroom to be spacious, clean, and quiet. The room amenities, such as the fridge and safe, were a nice touch. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a subway station just a few hundred meters away and our own private parking available. Additionally, the hotel had a nice gym that we were able to use. Despite some minor inconveniences, like paper-thin walls and a chaotic breakfast, we were overall satisfied with our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly solving any issues that arose.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location is fantastic, just next to the metro station. It made getting around so convenient and easy. The rooms were super comfortable and spacious, with big beds that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel offered excellent service, from room service to dry cleaning and housekeeping. They even had a grocery shopping service, which was a bonus. We also appreciated the various amenities, such as the shops and commercial services on-site, as well as the laundry facilities. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the tours/ticket assistance was very helpful. We also enjoyed the happy hour and the room amenities, including ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The hotel really went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
