I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping it tidy and providing fresh towels and toiletries. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, offering great assistance during my stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with the metro transport close by and plenty of restaurant options. I especially appreciated that they allowed me to use a room before my check-in time so I could freshen up. the service was excellent and the room was comfortable and spacious.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The location was good, away from the chaos of the main central train station but still within a short walk.

We had a delightful stay at a centrally located hotel just a few minutes' walk from the train station. Our room had a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. Amazing location, just a short walk from the train and metro stations. Super convenient! the room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept like babies. - the breakfast spread was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was conveniently located near the train station and underground, making it easy for me to travel around the city. The staff, especially the bartender, were friendly and knowledgeable. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a long day of meetings.

The check-in process took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the AC in the room was continuously running and I wasn't able to turn it off, resulting in a restless night.

During my stay here, I found this place to be at the center of everything, near the station and in a safe area. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond in offering early check-in, welcome drinks, and even pet amenities. The room was spacious, soundproofed, and had all the necessary amenities such as a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and even garden furniture. The leisure facilities such as the jacuzzi and garden area were the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The staff was available 24/7 and always on request for assistance.
