Man, walking out the door, you right by the train, mad convenient. Room was big and clean, I ain't even wanna leave for real! Breakfast on the rooftop was dope, tons of choices. Only thing? The street noise kept me up a bit. Still, I was vibin' overall. I’ll hit this spot again, no doubt!

the gym was a complete joke—seriously, four machines in a carpet alcove? also, after all this time, you'd think they could manage a simple bottle of water for two guests! no one seemed to care about our comfort, which was so disappointing. i almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t.

Consider trying the rooftop bar for a relaxing evening, but be aware that drinks can be pricey compared to nearby shops.

Noise levels from the street can be intrusive!!! The decor feels outdated and the cleanliness in the bathrooms needs improvement!!! Consider adding more transparency in charges at checkout!!! A cafe bar in the lobby could enhance the experience!!!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the modern bathroom included all essential toiletries, and the hotel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the central train station, making it easy to explore the city.

una hotels napoli was a fantastic choice! the location is super convenient, just steps from the central station. our suite felt luxurious with a spacious bathroom, and the staff was incredibly helpful. we also loved the wellness treatments available on-site, which were a lovely surprise.

Our stay was enjoyable, with a clean room and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's gluten allergy. The hotel's convenient proximity to Napoli Central made exploring the city a breeze. Be mindful of noise from the streets, though!
