Our stay at Unahotels was amazing. We were initially given a double bed room instead of 2 single beds but the reception staff was swift to assign us another room that met our requirements. The hotel's central location was perfect for easy access to public transport and it had a beautiful internal decor. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of information about the area and recommendations for things to see and do. the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, including delicious mozzarella. the hotel provided dental sets and bathrobes with slippers, which was a nice touch.

The pillows were uncomfortable and the air conditioner in the room was not working, which made for an unpleasant night. We ended up opening the windows in the morning, but this resulted in a lot of noise from outside.

The spacious rooms and large bathrooms were impressive. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The location near the train station was convenient for us. The rooftop bar and breakfast offerings were enjoyable. The overall experience was great.

Despite being in a rundown and potentially dangerous area, it was easy to get around the town by foot, thanks to its central location. The hotel offered many room amenities like air conditioning, heating, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and more. The hotel staff, from reception to housekeeping, was incredibly friendly and always available to help. They even offered pet amenities and welcome drinks upon arrival. The restaurant served delicious food, and the rooftop dining experience was amazing with a great view of the surroundings.

This place is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a hotel with modern facilities, friendly staff, and proximity to the railway station.

We stayed here over Christmas and we were pleasantly surprised with the complementary Christmas cookies and hot chocolate that were offered! the location was great, just a stone's throw away from the train station and we also enjoyed walking to the nearby shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and comfortable, with great views of the city.

The noise outside the hotel was unbearable and made it hard to sleep at night, which was made worse by the thin curtains that didn't block out much light. the breakfast was mediocre, with limited options to choose from, and the coffee was tasteless.
