The hotel facilities were outstanding, and the public areas and rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. The staff, especially Antonella and Irene, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The panoramic view from the rooftop terrace during breakfast was breathtaking. The breakfast itself was filling, and the only minor issue was that the milk was a bit far from the cereal. The room was spacious and had two bathroom sinks, which was a nice touch. The shower had great water pressure and hot water. The overall location of the hotel was convenient for our needs.

The view from our room overlooking the inner courtyard wasn't the best, but it was quieter compared to the rooms facing the busy street. Additionally, it would have been nice to have coffee and tea facilities in the room, as well as body lotion as part of the provided toiletries.
