The hotel lacks some standard facilities such as ironing facilities and a second elevator, which can cause delays and inconvenience.

The hotel was well-located, which allowed us to easily explore the city during Christmas. We enjoyed two complementary facts such as free breakfast and Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more comfortable. the hotel staff was very friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

There were also negative aspects to our stay. The room was not well-insulated, which made it quite noisy, and the roadworks outside also interfered with our sleep.

This hotel is a real gem! It's located in a prime spot - just a stone's throw from the main station and close to all of Rome's key attractions. I recently stayed at Hotel Valentino Palace for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in downtown near Termini, with easy access to everywhere I wanted to go. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, with daily room cleaning and fresh sheets and towels. The staff, especially the young guy at reception, were friendly and provided excellent hospitality, offering recommendations on places to visit and how to get there. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome.

The value for money at Valentino Palace was great and the room was beautifully designed for a busy traveler. The location was perfect, just steps away from Termini station, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provide helpful recommendations.
