I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The deluxe two-bedroom suite was incredibly spacious, feeling more like an apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped with a full-size fridge, oven, and dishwasher. The suite had two nicely furnished bathrooms and even a spare room that worked perfectly for us to set up a travel cot. The hotel itself is beautiful and located in a great spot, just a short drive from the center of town and close to the coast. The pool area was brilliant, with plenty of space, lovely gardens, and a bar offering food and drinks. The breakfast was really good and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Nothing to not like.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities and luxurious spa centre fulfilled all of my needs. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were stunning and provided a tranquil escape from the bustling city. the restaurant had a variety of options and the in-room breakfast was a delightful touch.

There was one minor issue with the service. Despite the staff being friendly, the poolside snack bar was slow to serve and could be improved.

The rooms at Sheraton were beautifully decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, and the dinner buffet had a wide selection of delicious dishes. The hotel area was picturesque and ideal for relaxation. I especially enjoyed the nearby golf courses. Sheraton Cascais Resort provided a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Great family vacation spot, beautiful landscaping, and spacious rooms. the hotel offers excellent satellite TV channels and a nice selection of toiletries.

Limited restaurant options, slow service, and salty food. A few green staffs needed more customer service training, which can lead to some hiccups in service.

During my recent stay, the Sheraton provided a spacious room and the resort grounds were vast with lots of potential. the free shuttle service to and from the city was a wonderful convenience. They even allowed us to store our luggage and use the facilities, including the spa, after check-out until we were ready to leave for the airport. Having a small kitchenette in the room was a nice addition, and the quiet location and well-kept grounds made for a peaceful stay. the nearby golf courses offered a 50% reduction on green fees later in the afternoon, and it was easy to take the shuttle to Lisbon for a day trip.

We got great value for our money at the Sheraton hotel in Cascais. The room was modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated, perfect for our family of 4. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily visit different attractions in the area. The staff treated us incredibly well, especially in accommodating my gluten-free diet and keeping our kids entertained at the kids club.

We had a great stay at a hotel in a beautiful setting with lots of greenery. the hotel itself was lovely, with a spacious and bright room that had a terrace and a kitchen. the hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. the hotel grounds were spacious and perfect for strolling, and the surrounding streets were quiet and peaceful. We also enjoyed the relaxing massages at the spa, and the pool area was amazing and very big. the overall experience at Sheraton was excellent, and we would highly recommend it.

The lack of a bar in the lobby, making it difficult to find a place to hang out and socialize. Another negative aspect was the lack of waiters or a bar near the pool, making it inconvenient to get a drink while enjoying the pool.
