I recently stayed at Hotel Vecchio Borgo for a few nights while visiting the city. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the important places in Palermo. The staff was multilingual and very helpful. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, just as it appeared in the pictures. The view from the 8th floor was breathtaking, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a good variety of options. it was a great value for the money.

We had a great experience at Vecchio Borgo. The staff was very helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and arranging our taxi transfer. They even provided detailed explanations on the map about the tourist attractions in historical Palermo. The hotel had a stylish and authentic Italian design, just like in the pictures. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with a good shower and wardrobe. The breakfast had a basic selection, but there were plenty of delicious cakes for those with a sweet tooth. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and around a 15-20 minute walk to the historical center. We especially enjoyed the view from our room, with beautiful Italian terraces full of flowers.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right by the ferry port, making it very convenient for me to explore the city. The staff were friendly and always available to answer any questions I had. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bathroom and cozy beds. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including scrambled eggs, sausages, and a delicious selection of sweets. The coffee was also top-notch. the service and amenities provided were of great quality and enhanced my stay.

We stayed at a hotel in a vibrant neighborhood very near to the center. Although the area had a lot of activity, the rooms were surprisingly quiet and provided a nice relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, with upscale bathrooms and amenities. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered a lot of choices and was quite enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of a theater and shopping area.

The internet did not work in the rooms, but it was available down the hall.

The staff were accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the center and nearby amenities. The breakfast was tasty and there were unexpected surprises like a minibar in the room. We enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the piazza in the evenings, although the noise from motorbikes required the use of earplugs.

Not one thing.

We chose this hotel for our Xmas holiday and we were pleasantly surprised with the festive decorations in the lobby. The receptionist was very kind and offered us complimentary snacks upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was decent and the staff made sure to keep it stocked. The location was great, within walking distance to a bus stop and some restaurants. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

The photos on the website did not match what we received. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.
