The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Sacred Valley, with easy access to attractions like Ollytaytambo and Machu Picchu. The hotel is situated on a slope, providing stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The service at the restaurant was exceptional, with the servers going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The hotel is conveniently located close to the go-to Bamba train station, making it easy to travel to and from different destinations.

The long walk from the reception to the garden chalet room was a bit inconvenient.

Beautiful property with manicured gardens, well-appointed rooms, and excellent cuisine. Free use of the fixed phone line during emergencies. Staff is attentive and helpful.

This hotel is a true gem located in a breathtakingly beautiful isolated area. the rooms are spacious and come with exclusive amenities, providing the perfect environment for ultimate relaxation. the service is top-notch and the spa offers a wide range of treatments catering to all needs.

The only minor issue was the lack of reliable phone signal in some parts of the hotel, but this was compensated by the hotel's leisure and TV room, where we could stay connected. this hotel provided a luxurious and unforgettable stay, with outstanding service and exclusive amenities.

The hotel has breathtaking views of the mountains and the valley. the rooms are cozy and spacious, and the food is delicious with a variety of options. We particularly enjoyed the hot cocoa served in the lobby, which helped alleviate the altitude effects.

The location is remote and hard to find. the hotel lacks clear signage, which made it difficult for us to find the entrance.

Stunning oasis

After a long day exploring, Casa Andina was a true oasis. The layout and decor were absolutely fabulous, creating a calming atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the invigorating shower was just what I needed. The hotel even had a spa, although I didn't have time to try it out. The dinner was mouth-watering, surpassing even the fine dining options in Cusco, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The staff at Casa Andina were excellent - helpful, welcoming, polite, and always there when I needed them. I highly recommend this superb hotel chain in Peru!
