I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. The hotel was surrounded by a beautiful garden and had breathtaking views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and tasty ingredients. The location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and stunning scenery. One of the best aspects was waking up to a shower with a view of the surrounding landscape. a fantastic experience.

There were no major negatives during my stay, but one small improvement could be having some background music in the bar area or patio in the evening. It would have created a more lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

One of the main issues was the lack of dinner options within the hotel. While there were plenty of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area, it would have been more convenient to have a dinner option available on-site.

What a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend we had! We were delighted to be in paradise, staying at such a lovely place. We enjoyed the stunning views of the coast and, astonishingly, Mount Etna! the staff were unbelievably kind and attentive. They arranged breakfast for us super early when we went on a trip. the place is also well situated, which made exploring the area a blast. We had croissants, rolls, and delicious juice that we really appreciated. we enjoyed the peacefulness of the area, which was lovely.

The actual bedroom was a bit cozy, which made us feel cramped. the location of the place was problematic.

The hotel is conveniently located in the central part of town, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a separate lounge and bedroom, as well as a lovely balcony. The staff is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond to make guests feel special. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options, including fresh fruits and delicious cooked items. The hotel also has a pool bar with great food options and the views of the bay are simply breathtaking.
