We appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and other hot drinks at the reception. it was a lovely and clean place, perfect for young solo travelers with minimal luggage.

I had a wonderful stay at Flat Nyc in Lower Manhattan. the location was perfect, allowing me to easily access the whole town by bus and visit nearby landmark areas. the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, giving me great indications and even allowing me to drop off my luggage. the added value of free wifi and coffee made my stay even more enjoyable. it was an affordable and secure place to stay in a strategic location.
