The spacious and beautifully decorated room was a great surprise for us. The breakfast was an amazing mix of Italian and international elements that we really liked. the location of the hotel was convenient, situated between Florence and Lucca, making it easy for us to enjoy both cities during our city break.

The service at the hotel restaurant was not great, our server was slow to respond and the food was a bit overpriced and not cooked to our liking. The pool area was often crowded and did not offer a child-friendly section, which was not suitable for families.

The large and clean pool was a fantastic bonus, and the cheap breakfast buffet was perfect for traveling with children.
