I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I entered, I felt like I was transported to a luxurious and elegant castle. The stunning architecture and lavish rooms were truly breathtaking. The hotel's convenient yet secluded location provided me with the most stunning views of the lake. The staff was incredibly attentive, providing faultless service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of cheeses and homemade cakes. I also appreciated the free parking and the friendly and polite staff members.

We had the pleasure of dining at Carpe Diem, and the chef's selection of assorted mini-desserts was a true delight. It reminded us of the traditional Sunday desserts we enjoyed in southern Italy, evoking a warm, familial atmosphere. The pictures speak for themselves; the menu is truly a work of art.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of a pool and direct lake access, as well as the disappointing breakfast service on the second day, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall wonderful experience we had at Villa Crespi.

What a perfect setting and service at Villa Crespi! We were amazed by the stunning architecture and beautiful gardens. Our classic room had a lovely private terrace, and even though there wasn't a stand-up shower, everything else was impeccable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even arranging transportation and providing excellent recommendations. The dining experience was outstanding, with a well-trained staff and delicious food. The breakfast was also top-notch. we had a fabulous experience and would highly recommend Villa Crespi.

The New Year experience at this hotel was fantastic. the first thing I loved about this place was the stunning architecture. the building had a unique design with colorful Moorish details that added to its charm. Another great aspect was the location. the hotel is situated in a beautiful area with breathtaking views of the lake. Lastly, the service was exceptional. the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met throughout our stay.

This hotel was an excellent choice for a luxury and relaxing stay. the amenities were exclusive and top, notch. the garden area was tranquil and very well, maintained, perfect for a peaceful stroll. the in, room breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of tasty options. the bar/lounge area was cosy and luxurious, with a great selection of drinks.

The minor issue I encountered was the level of service at the snack bar. the staff members seemed to be understaffed and overwhelmed, leading to slower service.

Great value for money, the room was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby lake and the staff treated us like VIPs.
