The food quality was poor, with tough chicken wings. Loud music from a party disrupted our stay, impacting our daughter's bedtime routine. Great view but lacking consideration for families.

Staff helped me print documents once. A perfect fit with Free Wi, Fi, luggage storage, bar, restaurant, fitness center. Returning for Christmas.

I stayed for leisure for four nights at Hilton Garden. the staff, pool area, and recent renovations were fantastic. the beach view and convenient location were impressive. Breakfast was delicious, and the check-in team was friendly and efficient. the restaurant and bar team provided excellent service. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Although the location right across the street from the ocean was covered with bird poop, we did not have a chance to enjoy that area. We noticed this place is quieter than being right in the town, yet convenient enough to reach attractions like Legoland and Carlsbad Village. Olga, our server during breakfast, was friendly and helpful. the staff was very nice and pleasant. the service areas like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and shops/commercial services were excellent. the room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities.

We recommend this venue to all. the leisure facilities like the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and beach access, along with the live entertainment, sun terrace, garden area.

Room is cozy, beachfront location ideal for dining options. Multiple outdoor seating areas for the evenings.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a lovely pool area. Staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

Despite the beach view, beach access was not readily available. Additionally, there were issues with parking fees being deemed high, and limited restaurant and bar hours were inconvenient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the location close to the beach was unbeatable, allowing us easy access to the sand and surf just across the street. the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities, including the bar and restaurant, were convenient and well-maintained. The friendly and professional staff, especially Johnny, provided excellent customer service during our breakfast. Cons: Nothing could have been better.
