Very helpful and friendly staff, always available, and forthcoming with extra requests. Great digital guidebook provided upon arrival, with historical details and restaurant tips. - Room had a great view towards Vesuvius, and it was close to the archaeological site and a local beach.

Car park was located quite far from the building, making it inconvenient when packing the car with lots of luggage. No easy on-street parking, so temporary parking while packing was a challenge.

Located down the hill from the train station, this hotel is housed in a historic building and is just a stone's throw away from the ancient ruins. With spacious and fully-renovated rooms, comfortable beds, and spotless bathrooms, this place ensures a pleasant stay. The friendly staff offers a great service and recommends lesser-known spots to visit. Guests can enjoy breakfast at a nearby local café, and the view from the balcony adds to the Italian charm.

The room was stunning and spacious. The location was perfect with plenty to do in Ercolano. The host, Salvatore, was welcoming and helpful. The beach nearby was beautiful and the recommended restaurants were great.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming accommodation near the Ercolano archaeological park. The room was exactly as depicted in the pictures - spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The owner, Salvatore, was attentive and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The location was perfect for exploring Herculaneum, Pompeii, and Vesuvius, and the train station was just a short walk away. I felt safe and welcomed in the area.
