The evening walks along the promenade were lovely, especially with the scent of the beautiful plants and the comfortable recliners in secluded areas. It is a quiet and peaceful spot, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service provided by every single member of the staff was fantastic, from the moment I arrived until the time I left. They bent over backwards to ensure my satisfaction and made me feel welcome from the start. The choice and quality of the food in the restaurant were first class, and the amenities available in the room were top-notch. The leisure swimming pool and sun terrace were the perfect places to relax and unwind. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel needs some renovation as our room was outdated, uncomfortable and noisy. the heaters were not working properly, making us feel cold most of the time.

just returned from a holiday in cannero riviera and wow, cannero has truly exceeded our expectations. the location by the lake is unbeatable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the homemade marmelade at breakfast was to die for. definitely a hidden gem!
