The location was also a key factor, with easy access to nearby attractions and a beautiful park next door. Despite the shortcomings, the hotel had smart and clean rooms. the air-conditioning was reliable, and we appreciated the efforts made to fix the shower issue promptly. the bar service was good and reasonably priced. While we didn't dine in, there were plenty of eateries within walking distance, making it a nice base to explore the town.

Rude staff, outdated facilities, and lackluster service. the reception staff were dismissive and unhelpful, and the attitude towards queries and complaints was unacceptable.

The view from the balcony at Villa Diodoro was absolutely fantastic! It was the main reason we chose to stay here, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. the hotel also had an elevator, which we heard is not that common in Sicily. the room was well-maintained and comfortable, with plenty of shelves and coasters. the bath was clean and the hotel had a dedicated parking area, which was a nice convenience. the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. the location was also great, with a public park nearby and a short walk to the town center.

The service from the staff, especially the restaurant manager, was top-notch and made me feel like a valued guest.

I recently stayed at this venue and I was blown away by the stunning location overlooking the bay. The hotel was nestled at the top of a mountain and it was great being within walking distance of the bus station. I loved being in a quiet area surrounded by an exquisite garden. The staff worked exceptionally hard and gave service with a smile at all times, especially the friendly people at the reception desk. The leisure swimming pool was unbeatable - very clean and well-supported by the poolside snack bar. I also enjoyed working out at the fitness studio. The amenities in the room were superb, including the balcony with a beautiful terrace, the in-room air conditioning and heating, and the flat-screen television.

To sum up, I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to family and friends.
