From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and treated like royalty. The customer service was exceptional, from the concierge to the restaurant staff. The hotel itself exudes luxury, with beautifully appointed rooms, a refreshing lobby aroma, and a rooftop pool that offers stunning vistas. Our stay was made even more special with thoughtful touches like welcome gifts, turndown service treats, and a parting gift of their exclusive fragrance. We couldn't have been happier with our experience.

Wow! The view of the Amalfi coast from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Worth every Euro cent. The hotel's decor and art pieces were luxurious and beautiful. The location was perfect, situated on top of a hill with a 360-degree view of the town. The staff, especially Lorenzo, were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back!

We spent our Easter holidays at a hotel in Positano and had a fantastic time. The staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful, providing us with exceptional service. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and spa treatments, which were a great touch. The hotel's location was perfect, with lovely views of the sea and close to many attractions.

The cost of dining. Although the food was excellent, it was quite expensive, and we had expected the evening meal prices to be a little lower.

The hotel's location was not ideal, requiring a challenging walk to reach the city centre. However, the shuttle service was available on request for assistance.
