The room was modern and had all the amenities I needed, including a great rainshower. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the tram line and close to all the main tourist sights. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options. I also loved the charming neighborhood, with its cozy cafes and local stores. Highly recommended!

Had the best stay ever! the staff was extremely helpful and always greeted us with a smile. the breakfast buffet was delicious with fresh produce and cheeses. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the city. We loved how convenient the location was with many restaurants and tourist spots nearby. Plus, we got complimentary towels and room cleaning!

The bathroom light was defective and took quite some time to replace. However, once replaced, another light stopped working, making the room quite dark in some places.

They were always available to assist with ordering taxis and provided great recommendations for nearby cafes. the hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes away from both the Galata Tower and the Karakoy tram and boat station, making it super easy to explore all of Istanbul's attractions. Plus, there's a mini supermarket close by for any essential supplies.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. the location is perfect for young people who want to explore more than just the old city. It is situated on a quiet street but close to all transport stations, making it easy to travel in any direction. the neighborhood has plenty of options for breakfast and dinner, and you can even find raki in any restaurant. I felt very safe and welcomed during my stay. the hotel itself is perfect for the price, with comfortable and well-decorated rooms. the staff, including the manager Sandra and her two black dogs, added to the urban artistic vibe of the place. the breakfast in the cozy lobby was excellent, and I loved that they even welcome dogs. a great experience.

Excellent location for exploring new and old town, and ferry terminal. Quiet at night, with comfortable beds. Basic but tasty breakfast. Friendly personnel. Great view of Bosphorus. Neat room with good AC. Accommodating service and convenient check-out. Near Galata Tower and Taksim Square. Perfect for avoiding touristy areas.

The hotel is conveniently located down a cobblestone street on a hill, close to Galata Tower, Karakoy, Galata Bridge, and the Old Town. It is also just two blocks away from the tram line into Sultanahmet, making it easy to access all the shopping, sights, and restaurants in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with efficient use of space. The bathrooms have world-class showers, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed exploring the winding alleys with old buildings and the fact that it was just down the hill from the famous Galata Tower. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the Galata Bridge and the metro. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

The hotel's location is interesting, near both a graffiti clad disused building and an arty cafe and vintage shop. It's also just a 5-minute walk from lively shops and nightlife near the Galata tower. The multilingual manager was friendly and the room on the 5th floor had a fantastic view over the Sultanhamet area. great value and attention to design and decoration.

That the location might not be convenient for the elderly, especially when they need to walk through the stairways connecting the main street to the hotel street.
