My room, a spacious junior suite, was immaculately clean and featured a luxurious bathroom. The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating, especially considering I was traveling with a toddler. The restaurant at the hotel was a standout, offering delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere. I dined there twice and was thoroughly impressed each time. This place is conveniently located near the stunning Palace at Caserta, allowing us to easily explore its grandeur. The central location also made it simple to access any area of the Reggia side of Caserta downtown. Additionally, the reception and service at this hotel were exceptional, with a staff that believes in great customer service. From room service and housekeeping to the laundry and airport shuttle, the hotel provided everything we needed to enhance our stay. Plus, the welcoming drink and tours/ticket assistance were nice touches.
