This charming hotel is situated right outside the medieval town wall, offering easy access to the Old Town. The room was spacious and cozy, providing a warm escape from the freezing weather outside. The bathroom was excellent, with a large bathtub for relaxation. The friendly owner and staff were always willing to assist with any needs, making the service top-notch. Although the breakfast was a bit pricey, there were other nearby options to satisfy your hunger. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location allowed for safe parking at the rear yard.

The shower in some rooms required climbing over the bathtub, which may not be convenient for everyone.

Spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and the large, airy rooms were perfect for our family. the location was a key selling point, as we were able to easily walk to the main attractions and the hotel had convenient parking.

While the hotel was clean overall, we found some areas could use a bit of sprucing up. due to the location near a busy street, there was some street noise that could be heard in our room.

I had a wonderful stay at a cozy place near the Wurzburger Tor. The owner, Herr Mittermeier, was incredibly friendly and showed me to a spotlessly clean and comfortable room. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the market square. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and affordable stay in Rothenburg.

I recently stayed at a hotel right next to the city walls and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the room was spacious and had a large bathroom which was a wonderful bonus. Additionally, the hotel offered great value for money, with prices that were reasonable. Another detail I appreciated was the attention to service from the friendly and helpful staff. this hotel ticked all the boxes for a comfortable stay.

All was well, nothing to complain about.
