We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Sorrento. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants. The welcoming reception staff made us feel right at home. The bar and restaurant staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. The service was top-notch, from the room service to housekeeping. The hotel had a lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold options. the staff's attentiveness and the hotel's amenities made our stay here truly enjoyable.

We were a bit surprised to find out that we had to pay extra for pool towels. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

We loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for exploring all around this beautiful area. It was so convenient being close to the main shopping and restaurant street. We also liked that there were triple rooms available, which made it really handy for us as we were traveling with three kids. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony offering stunning views of the gulf of Naples. The staff here were really friendly, particularly the guys serving breakfast. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

There were only a few minor things we would have liked to see improved. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the bedroom for a hot drink at any time.

The breakfasts were good with a fabulous spread, and the staff there were very friendly and accommodating. the location of the hotel was excellent, and we enjoyed being able to use the hotel facilities such as the pool. the rooms were clean and spacious, with good showers and always hot water. the hotel also provided daily room cleaning, fresh towels, and made beds. it was a pleasant experience and we would definitely return.

Although we had a fantastic experience at this hotel, there were a couple of small drawbacks. The pool area could get quite busy, with some guests reserving sunbeds and not actually using them.

During my stay at a charming hotel in Sorrento, I had a wonderful experience. The staff at the reception and breakfast were amazing and provided excellent assistance throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to help me find a place to park my car and were always friendly and welcoming. The breakfast spread was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Great location with a short stroll to the town center and the ocean. Excellent view of the bay from sea view rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of food for breakfast, including gluten-free options. Nice pool and clean pool area. Garage available for parking at a reasonable price

Felt welcomed, no complaints

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Villa Maria with my parents and our 15-month-old baby. The pool area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast selection was good and we enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal. The location was central, making it easy for us to explore the town and go to the beach or the train/bus station. The staff, especially the girl at the poolside bar, was excellent and provided outstanding service. We also appreciated the comfortable and clean room with a great patio and the helpfulness of the staff.

I gotta say, Villa Maria really gave me bang for my buck. The room was clean, spacious, and even had a fridge. Plus, the location couldn't have been any better - close to all the attractions and the beautiful water.

Now, I have to be honest about one thing. The morning meal could've been better.

Located within walking distance of the main attractions and the center of town, the hotel is in an ideal location. Guests can easily explore all that the destination has to offer. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with regular towel replacements. The staff speaks excellent English and is attentive to guests' needs. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options, including pastries, coffee, juice, meats, and cheese. Additionally, the hotel enjoys a beautiful view of the water.

The elevators were not fully functional during our stay, causing some inconvenience and a wait for the working elevator.
