We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Sorrento. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants. The welcoming reception staff made us feel right at home. The bar and restaurant staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. The service was top-notch, from the room service to housekeeping. The hotel had a lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold options. the staff's attentiveness and the hotel's amenities made our stay here truly enjoyable.

We were a bit surprised to find out that we had to pay extra for pool towels. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

The bathing place was cramped, with a small glass cubicle that made it difficult to move around comfortably. the noise from the road outside was quite loud, which made sitting on the balcony uncomfortable.
