The staff provided exceptional hospitality, ensuring I had my favorite kadak chai and even going above and beyond by sending a card with my morning tea on the day of checkout. The rooms were clean and I enjoyed a great view of Khalifa Park. Despite renovations, the hotel made alternative arrangements for the pool and gardens. Special mention to Vinod, Jennifer, and Lou for their friendly service at the dining area.

This hotel impressed us with its location near the airport and Khalifa park, which was perfect for a leisurely stroll. The staff were always willing to assist us, including getting cabs. Our room and bathroom were spacious and immaculate, with a lovely view. The breakfast was varied and freshly prepared.

The room service left used shampoo and gel without adding new supplies, which was a little disappointing.

This hotel is an ideal place for luxurious relaxation. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and outdoor heated swimming pool were exceptional, offering exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the massage and facial were delightful experiences that left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. the garden area and sun loungers provided a tranquil outdoor space perfect for peaceful moments. the restaurant offered a delicious in-room breakfast and special diet menus, which exceeded my expectations. The private facilities were a distinguishing advantage, providing an exclusive and intimate atmosphere that made me feel like a VIP. Cons: Although the service was impeccable, I encountered a minor issue with the snack bar, which could have been better stocked. this was a small blip in an overall wonderful stay.

One of the best aspects was the rooftop pool, which offered amazing views of the city.

The price of the Christmas brunch, which was a bit steep compared to other options in the area. the hotel also didn't offer many options for vegan or vegetarian guests, which was a disappointment.
