The rooms were clean and I enjoyed a great view of Khalifa Park. Despite renovations, the hotel made alternative arrangements for the pool and gardens. Special mention to Vinod, Jennifer, and Lou for their friendly service at the dining area.

Our room and bathroom were spacious and immaculate, with a lovely view. The breakfast was varied and freshly prepared.

The room service left used shampoo and gel without adding new supplies, which was a little disappointing.

The massage and facial were delightful experiences that left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. The garden area and sun loungers provided a tranquil outdoor space perfect for peaceful moments. The restaurant offered a delicious in-room breakfast and special diet menus, which exceeded my expectations. The private facilities were a distinguishing advantage, providing an exclusive and intimate atmosphere that made me feel like a VIP.

Although the service was impeccable, I encountered a minor issue with the snack bar, which could have been better stocked. However, this was a small blip in an overall wonderful stay.
