Wow, the staff treated us like family! Special shoutout to Paolo for the Prosecco welcome and Martina bringing us into her world. Breakfast with that view of Mount Etna? Lekker! The garden suite was spacious, and comfy bed made it a dream. Definitely felt at home!

Parking challenges can lead to frustration!!! Room sizes, especially Junior Suites, were disappointingly small!!! The lack of a full-size pool limited outdoor leisure compared to other hotels!!! Noise from street traffic and housekeeping was quite bothersome!!!

Our stay was a mix of charm and challenge. The garden setting was lovely, but noise from adjoining rooms disturbed our sleep. Keep curtains drawn for privacy, and opt for rooms not facing the garden path. The ambiance is enchanting, but better room choices are essential for comfort.

The classic double room was better, though, with stunning views from the breakfast terrace. Each room's decor was unique, adding charm to the stay.
