The room is equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning, well-functioning doors and lights, and a reliable water supply. The room is clean and well-appointed with a large bed and good quality fixtures, making it comfortable for a solo traveler. The bathroom is spacious and modern, with a fantastic shower that can be easily operated. The staff is friendly and offers excellent service. The breakfast options are varied and the complimentary hot breakfast is delicious. a great place to stay!

The TV guide in the room was not informative and rather disappointing.

Lovely staff, amazing room, close to our destination. Phenomenal bathroom, clean throughout. Modern yet still had old decor. Fascinating history, used to be a courtroom. Special birthday plate with chocolates. Just needed more shower gel for two people. great experience.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing, just a stone's throw away from the iconic Tower Bridge. Exploring the vibrant neighborhood and its stunning restaurants and bars was a breeze. The room itself was pristine, and the staff made sure to accommodate our special requests.

The location was excellent, with stunning views from my room on the 5th floor. The hotel was very clean and had a lovely scent. It was also incredibly quiet at night, which made for a peaceful sleep. The room itself was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, and the shower was fantastic. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the service was efficient and quick. The hotel was conveniently close to tube stations, making transportation around the city easy. Additionally, it was just a short walk to the river, perfect for enjoyable walks and sightseeing.

The complimentary cookies and beverage during check-in were a nice touch, as was the free Wi-Fi. the hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions and transportation options, making it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the beautiful decor throughout the property.

My experience was far from ideal. the plumbing seemed to have been affected as well, with the toilets and running water not working.

Formerly a police station and court, this historic building adds a unique touch to your stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with plush fixtures and fittings. The bed is extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom features an amazing touch button shower, providing a hot and powerful experience. The staff are friendly, attentive, and create a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices to start your day off right.

That the bar didn't open until 6pm, which meant there was no opportunity to enjoy a cocktail before heading out to dinner.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great for walking around and exploring the city. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The French guy especially stood out with his excellent service. The facilities, including the fitness centre, were top-notch and well-maintained. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

In terms of breakfast, there was a bit of confusion regarding the pricing. However, this minor issue did not detract from the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

Amazing staff! Loukas and Denis at reception were incredibly polite and welcoming. The breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful main hall. Would stay again.

Celebrating Christmas at this hotel was a delightful experience. the beautifully decorated reception area and rooms exuded a stylish and luxurious ambiance. the attention to detail, such as the incorporation of historical elements, added a unique touch to the overall aesthetic.

Although the room and reception area were exceptional, there were a couple of disappointments. the dining breakfast area lacked charm and the breakfast itself was not up to par with the hotel's upscale reputation.
