The guesthouse was clean, private, and well-equipped, with great air conditioning, a cool fridge, and a much-needed shower. The host was kind and accommodating, providing a hairdryer, delicious breakfast, and private parking. Also, the coffee was great!

This lovely boutique B&B is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood, making it a great base for exploring the major sights of Florence. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a modern and stylish bathroom. The breakfast offers a great variety of choices, including handmade conserves and Italian fresh pastries. Additionally, the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing helpful information about the city.

The noise from people coming and going through the front door during the night can be a bit disruptive at times.

What a wonderful stay! the modern and clean accommodation was fantastic. the location, just a short walk away from the city center, was perfect. Plus, the private parking offered an added convenience. And let's not forget the warm and welcoming staff who were always available to help.

The room was a bit small and lacked storage space for suitcases. the breakfast area was overcrowded and could only fit six people at a time.

The tram stop was just a short walk away and took me directly to the city center in no time at all. The breakfast provided was sufficient, although it lacked variety. The only downside was the limited seating available, which meant I sometimes had to wait for a table. Additionally, the shared table made for slightly awkward breakfast conversations with other guests I didn't know. I had a wonderful stay at Villino Fiorentino and would highly recommend it to others.
