Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel is perfect if you're looking for a great location in the center of Viterbo's historic district. Situated inside the city walls, it's just a short walk to all the main attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, offering a map and recommendations for local sights and restaurants. The rooms, while basic, are clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities you'd need. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of options including cappuccino, pastries, cheese, meat, and even a Nutella fountain. It's definitely a great value for money.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic, nothing to complain about.

During our Christmas stay, the hotel offered some free pastries and hot drinks which were a nice touch. the location of the hotel was very convenient for exploring the nearby shopping and dining areas. Plus, the room was spacious enough for us to feel comfortable during our stay.

the heating system seemed to be malfunctioning, as we were waking up cold in the middle of the night. we were not satisfied with our stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to others.
