First of all, the breakfast was pretty decent, they offered a continental meal and it was good. , I had a nice view from my room with a comfortable bed that allowed me to rest well. The metro station was close to the hotel, so transportation was easy to get around the city.

The location of the hotel was in a dirty area with horrible roads that definitely didn't meet my expectations. Another downside was that they charged 10 EUR for parking, and I believe it was a bit too expensive.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that my room was large, extremely clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail was impressive, especially with regards to the daily changing of towels and complimentary drinks provided in the room's fridge. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good selection of food and quality Italian coffee. Additionally, the hotel's location in a lovely neighborhood with a balcony in some of the rooms added to the overall pleasant experience.
