The hotel provided excellent value for money with affordable prices for a stay in this beautiful area of Italy. The attention to detail was evident throughout the property, from the well-maintained rooms with private balconies and air conditioning to the delicious breakfast served every morning. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel's central location provided easy access to the nearby village with its wonderful restaurants and shops.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Wellness Center Casanova. The sprawling hotel offered lovely rooms with private terraces, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The enormous outdoor pool provided a refreshing escape during the hot Tuscan afternoons. Although the breakfasts were not impressive, we found satisfaction at the restaurant next door. The location of the hotel in the heart of Tuscany allowed us to easily explore the surrounding medieval villages and cities. The staff, though not particularly informed about the area, were friendly and eager to assist. we would recommend this hotel for a peaceful retreat while touring this beautiful area of Italy.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect - it's within walking distance to the village where there are several excellent restaurants. You can easily explore the beautiful valley of Orchia and the stunning scenery of the Val d'Orchia area. The rooms are lovely and well air-conditioned, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is warm and friendly, always ready to assist. the hotel offers a large swimming pool with fantastic views, as well as a most attractive Spa.

Some of the rooms don't have air conditioning, which can make it difficult to sleep in the hot weather.

Gorgeous location in Tuscany with unreal staff. Best view from the pool area. Lobby is stunning and best hot chocolate made by Alberto. Sabrina makes everything perfect. Easy check-in and informative staff. Must try the unique thermal baths and cave. Beautiful property with a nice view from the room. Enjoyed the grotta Etrusca experience.

Great value for money, friendly staff, convenient location. the hotel facilities offered a lot of choices. Breakfast was delicious and filling, and there was a variety of foods available. the hotel is in a great location, walking distance from many attractions, shopping and restaurants. Staff members were friendly and accommodating, always there to help.

Rooms were small and outdated, not enough space for large suitcases. the air conditioning wasn't effective and the pillows were lumpy.
