Impressed by Westin's elegant bathroom, room, and location. Loved the welcome drinks and snacks, creating a warm atmosphere. Staff at breakfast were friendly, especially with our child.

Potential for renovation needed. Room outdated, carpet dirty.

During my recent stay at this hotel, the staff provided excellent service, from the front desk to the concierge to the bartender. Everyone was very warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the room service was top-notch, and the in-room breakfast was a delightful touch. the housekeeping staff kept our room tidy and spacious, and the bar/lounge area offered a wide variety of delicacies in buffet style, which we thoroughly enjoyed. the location of this hotel is fabulous, being right beside the US embassy and just a stone's throw away from famous landmarks like Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, and the Trevi Fountain.

While the hotel overall provided a great experience, there were a couple of things that could be improved. the maintenance of the rooms could have been better as some areas showed wear and tear.

Perfect for a family trip, we stayed for a week and loved the attention to detail. the luxurious bathrooms, complimentary drinks, and snacks were a lovely touch. the central location, elegant lobby, and friendly breakfast staff made us feel at home. the gym being open 24/7 and the option for a cozy breakfast in the room on Sundays were highlights of our stay.

Strongly recommend this hotel.
