I absolutely loved my stay in the King Room! The decor was modern and vibrant, making the whole atmosphere feel inviting. Enjoying a light continental breakfast with delicious coffee was the perfect start to my day in Fruita!

We loved the clean and spacious King Room with a mini fridge and microwave. The location was fantastic. we could walk to great restaurants for dinner and explore the stunning Colorado National Monument nearby. Plus, the bike wash facility was a real bonus for us mountain bikers!

However, the heater in room #10 was a pain to figure out, and the vent was broken, causing unpredictable temperatures. Also, the noise from the nearby train tracks is pretty bothersome at night. even if I needed earplugs, it was rough. There’s no designated breakfast area, so food must be taken back to the room, making it a bit cramped when you're trying to enjoy your meal.

Fantastic online check-in and stylishly renovated rooms made my stay enjoyable. With ample space for my mountain bike and a great location, I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

There were some maintenance issues in my room, like a toilet seat that looked a little too worn out—definitely not the most hygienic sight. The shelf in the bathroom felt unstable and fell off with little weight on it. Additionally, the noise from the nearby train tracks can be pretty disruptive at night, which might not be ideal for light sleepers. Lastly, parking could be a challenge in the summer as there’s little to no shaded spots, leaving vehicles to roast under the hot sun.
