Our stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! Maria, our hostess, welcomed us with a warm smile and delicious espressos. The large double room was beautifully clean and perfectly located within walking distance of all the major sights in the city!

xenia guest house is a wonderful little find! the grand entrance welcomes you, and there's a working lift that makes getting to your lovely, bright twin room a breeze. it’s just a short walk to great restaurants and only a short stroll to the river, making it perfect for exploring. federico and maria were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home.

The location is unbeatable for sightseeing and dining, making it a fantastic base for exploring. The building itself has a charming lift that adds a bit of adventure when accessing the bright and spacious rooms.

Accessing the building can be a hassle—there's no one usually on-site, so prepare to ring the doorbell and call for assistance. The communal areas are quite limited since there are only four rooms, and while the lounge area is cozy, it's not exactly a gathering spot. Also, the lack of a kettle in the room was a bit of a disappointment for late-night cuppa enthusiasts.

We had an amazing stay at Xenia Guest House! Maria, our hostess, was simply wonderful. She greeted us with espressos and a big smile, making us feel right at home. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of major sights, and our room was beautiful and spotless. We also loved the excellent dining recommendations she provided. Can't recommend this place enough!

The shower was a bit on the small side.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location made it easy to explore nearby sights and find good places to eat. I loved being greeted warmly by the staff, especially Federico, who instantly made me feel at home. The interior decoration was inviting, and I appreciated the complimentary drinks. I stayed here with my partner, and we will cherish this experience. I couldn't have asked for a better home base for our adventures.

Our room was spotlessly clean and super quiet, facing a lovely courtyard. The location was perfect, just a hop from the Tiber and Trastevere. Plus, the ancient elevator added a touch of charm!

The staircase to the entrance is quite the cardio workout! I kept wondering if I’d need to hire a Sherpa for my luggage next time.

We experienced incredible hospitality! Maria was exceptional, greeting us warmly and always ready with recommendations for off-the-beaten-path dining. The location was just perfect, only a short stroll to Trastevere's vibrant scene and nearby attractions. The courtyard was beautiful, and I loved the old lift that took us to our spacious room! It felt like a little adventure every time we used it.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the comfort and experience were totally acceptable.
