The staff there were jaw-droppingly lovely and extremely helpful. The rooms were spotless and you could rent a towel for a small fee, which came with a free tote bag. They had a locker room if you remembered to bring your own lock. The location was fantastic, surrounded by an array of coffee places, bars, restaurants, and shops, and conveniently close to the metro station. The staff were like a breath of fresh air, organizing loads of events, and the complementary shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. it was a super nice hostel with top-notch staff, spotless cleanliness, and an amazing vibe in the reception area. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, allowing me to shower and store my luggage before check-in, and even provided a voucher for a free beer. I appreciated the little safes and the availability of a hairdryer in the bathroom. The breakfasts were amazing, a rarity in Italy, and the discounted drinks at the bar were a nice bonus.
