Easter break at this hotel was pleasant. the gardens were stunning with plenty of lemon, orange, and mandarin trees for an authentic farming experience. the views of the sea and the volcano were breathtaking. the pool area was beautiful too.

The pool menu did not have many options. the train regularly passes by the hotel and can be noisy.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel on the Sicilian countryside. The rooms and facilities at this country boutique hotel were amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the spa was absolutely incredible. I had one of the best massages of my life there. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a variety of fresh pastries and fruits. The hotel also has a Michelin restaurant, although it wasn't to my personal taste. I highly recommend staying here, but make sure to have a car as the location is a bit remote.

I was completely mesmerized by the serene and tranquil atmosphere within the beautiful grounds of Zash Country Boutique Hotel. The lush greenery and peaceful ambiance were truly captivating. Lounging by the pool and exploring the gardens on a bike gave me a sense of zen and tranquility. The restaurant at the hotel was an absolute delight, offering delicious food, a charming ambiance, and a setting in a beautifully restored building. The attention to detail and the overall experience was simply amazing.

Although there were limited options for lunch, the overall dining experience at the restaurant made up for it. The stunning surroundings and the quality of the food more than made up for the limited lunch choices.

The hotel is located right by train tracks, which can be a bit noisy when trains pass by. The rooms are nice, with picture windows that offer beautiful views of the sunrise. The bathroom, however, is small and the floor can be slippery. The staff is overall friendly and helpful, and the pool has stunning views of Mount Etna. The hotel is also close to a beautiful cave with black stones and is right on the sea.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was very average, with Lipton tea bags and bottled juice instead of fresh.

Situated amidst orange groves, the refurbished old villa offers stylish rooms with spacious bathrooms. The pool area is beautiful with comfortable day beds and a bar for refreshments. The extensive breakfast includes fresh pastries and ripe fruit, and the dinner options are delicious with a great selection of Sicilian wines. A car is recommended for exploring the area.
