Super clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to public transportation. Nice Italian restaurant nearby. Good breakfast with the option to take it to go. Would stay again!

the hotel staff, from the reception to the restaurant, were exceptional. They made sure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. the facilities, such as the spa and gym, were top-notch, and the location was excellent with convenient bus service just outside the hotel. the room was spotless and had the best bathroom out of all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. the balcony offered an amazing view. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's proximity to paragliding spots and shopping areas was ideal. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Interlaken. I appreciate the hotel's unique initiative of integrating elderly residents from the adjoining old-age home into their facilities, including the dining area.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room with a patio style door that led to a lovely balcony at Hotel Artos. The comfortable bed and spotlessly clean surroundings made me feel right at home. The hotel's peaceful grounds, with beautiful trees and lawns, provided a tranquil atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and with a bus stop right outside the hotel. The free apples on stands on each floor were a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel for its warm and friendly atmosphere, clean accommodations, and great location.

The hotel offers free and fast WiFi, spacious and clean garden view rooms that are perfect for one or two people, a convenient and central location near Interlaken Ost, amazing service with fresh fruits and bread provided for breakfast, and even free bus tickets in Interlaken. Highly recommended!

The hotel was a great value for money, with reasonable prices and great attention to detail. It was conveniently located close to two main metro stations and had helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The showers were excellent and the sunny balcony provided a good view.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the train station and the center of town. Being surrounded by lush green mountains added to the beautiful ambiance of the place. the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and longer hours to enjoy it.

The check-in process was chaotic and the receptionist was not very helpful in showing us to our room. The lack of basic amenities in the room, such as an iron, ironing board, and a kettle, was also frustrating.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving experience! the hotel provided complimentary coffee and cookies which were a delightful touch. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the stunning views of the mountains were breathtaking. the room was clean and cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the peaceful and quiet environment at night.

The selection was limited and could have used more variety. the bathroom was quite cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

I had a wonderful stay at a ski lodge-like hotel just one bus stop away from the city center and train station. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony offering a fantastic view of the mountains. the spa and sauna facilities were perfect for relaxation after a day on the slopes. One interesting aspect was that the hotel shared premises with an assisted living facility for the elderly, which didn't impact my stay but was good to know beforehand. the modern amenities, easy parking, and great WiFi added to the overall comfort. It was also conveniently located, just a short walk from the main street in the area.
