During our stay, we were impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. They were attentive and helpful throughout our time at the property. We also appreciated the complimentary water and juice that were provided. The view of the pool was stunning and the grounds were well-maintained. Additionally, the pool itself was in good condition, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time there.

The only minor issues we encountered were with the couch, which was a bit uncomfortable and in need of replacement. We also noticed that the apartment could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some repairs to the cupboards.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is on a hill and offers breathtaking views of the ocean and nearby cruise ships. Additionally, there are several shops and grocery stores just down the hill, making it convenient for guests to find a variety of things they may need.

The public facilities at the hotel, such as the pool, were not well-maintained, which was a letdown for our stay.

The location is fantastic, with everything in walking distance, including the beach, shops, and grocery stores. The staff at the restaurant is wonderful and the chefs do an excellent job. The security is top-notch and makes you feel safe. The swimming pool with the swim-up bar is great and the food is fantastic. The staff, especially Roger, is first-class and extremely helpful. The hotel even provides a Jamaican mobile phone, which was very useful for communicating with our group.
