The staff was fantastic, from the friendly check-in to the helpful conference arrangements. The rooms were clean and modern, with great beds and bathrooms. The facilities were top-notch, including a nice gym and pool. We also enjoyed the dinner options and the professional front desk service. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The air quality in the room could have been better, as I found myself sneezing and my nose getting clogged due to the carpeted floors. Additionally, the view from my room was not great, as I was facing the parking lot rather than the adjacent park. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still had a wonderful experience at Courtyard in Kingston.

During my stay at this hotel, I had the pleasure of enjoying a special feature dinner every night. It was a great way to experience different meals and add variety to my dining experience. Additionally, I appreciated the option of going on excursions arranged through the hotel. It made me feel safer and more at ease exploring Kingston and Jamaica.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. Firstly, the external signage was not clearly visible upon arrival, causing some confusion. Additionally, the initial impression of the hotel's exterior gave off a dated motel vibe. Furthermore, I found the beds to be extremely hard and had to request padding multiple times before receiving assistance. The quality of the food at the restaurant was also disappointing and not worth the cost. I was surprised by this, considering Jamaica's reputation for great food, and wished there were more local offerings. Lastly, I was unable to use the pool due to flies sinking to the bottom, which led me to believe it had not been cleaned.

Over Christmas I stayed at a hotel in Jamaica. Upon arrival, the staff handed me a cold drink which was a nice touch, and the room was clean. The location was great with many attractions nearby. I enjoyed spending time at the rooftop pool with a great view.

The restaurant was a major letdown. The menu was limited and the prices were exorbitant.
