I recently stayed at the Courtyard in Kingston for a few nights while attending a conference. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from check-in to conference arrangements. The rooms were spacious, with great views and comfortable beds. I felt safe and the location was convenient for exploring the area. The hotel had a modern and bright ambiance, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. the Courtyard provided a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The easy check-in process put us at ease, and the breakfast options, though slightly confusing at times, were delicious. The managers were incredibly responsive, making us feel valued and ensuring our stay was top-notch. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception and security, bar/lounge area, restaurant with a GREAT selection. The hotel was fully wheelchair-accessible, which was fantastic. Thank you for a super stay!

The air quality in the room could have been better, as I found myself sneezing and my nose getting clogged due to the carpeted floors. Additionally, the view from my room was not great, as I was facing the parking lot rather than the adjacent park.

We loved our stay at this place! The location was amazing, just outside in Emancipation park. The essence of the park was right there, making it a peaceful and beautiful setting. The service was exceptional, with room service available and the staff always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities were top-notch, with a well-maintained swimming pool and jacuzzi. The entertainment was great, with live performances and karaoke nights. And the free Wi-Fi was a big plus for staying connected.
