The property itself is beautiful, with well-kept grounds and a comfortable atmosphere. the staff at the restaurant were excellent, especially at the Dutchie Pot and Little River, always responsive and attentive to our needs. the food served was delicious and satisfying.

The rooms were in need of proper maintenance, with noticeable mold and rust in the bathroom. One room I was assigned to, room 1043, had such severe bathroom conditions that I had to request a room change.

we had a wonderful time at iberostar. the communal areas were inviting, gardens lovely, and the clean pool area had plenty of loungers. we enjoyed the activities offered throughout the day and evening. the three speciality restaurants, including italian, smokehouse, and japanese, were outstanding. our sea view room was spacious, with a balcony, cleaned daily, and the japanese hibachi style restaurant was phenomenal.

From the front desk to the buffet managers and servers, everyone I encountered was helpful and courteous. the buffet offered a wide variety of well-cooked and well-presented food that changed daily, perfect for all tastes. the pool area was clean and spacious, never feeling overcrowded even when the hotel was fully booked. the location was pretty with palm trees and flowers lining the paths, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the variety of food options, especially in terms of local cuisine. Adding more traditional Jamaican dishes with authentic flavors could enhance the dining experience.

I always return to my favorite spot for a romantic escape. They made my first visit special by assisting with my elderly parents. Wi-Fi, Free parking, Infinity pool, Air conditioning, Kids club. A perfect stay with no regrets!

During my business trip, I had a chance to experience the wellness area with a spa at Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach in Montego Bay. the hydro massage in one of the dynamic pools was truly relaxing, and I also enjoyed engaging in several sports at the large gym. the property's location was convenient, and the new build of the hotel ensured a very clean environment. the reception staff, especially Akeem, set a high standard for service, making me feel safe and well-received upon arrival. the pool was beautiful, and the WiFi connection was excellent. the housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness efficiently, and the overall room was spacious and well-kept. the food options were fresh daily, with hospitable and professional servers making the dining experience enjoyable. the entertainment provided by Cookie and her team was fun and engaging, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of the resort. My family and I agreed that we would visit again, appreciating the efforts of the Iberostar team.

Wow, my recent stay by the 🌊 was fantastic! the 👙 area and 🏊‍♂️ were so well maintained, even after a storm. But rooms weren't cooling enough. Staff were super 🌟 and always cheerful. Can't wait to go back!
