Our stay at the Huron Inn was well worth every penny. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water. The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown, ferries, shops, and restaurants. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could be improved by offering coffee pots in the rooms, especially for those who wake up earlier than 7am. The little galvanized buckets provided as ice buckets were a cute idea, but it made me hesitant to use the ice for my drink, unsure of what had been in the bucket before.

I recently stayed at the Huron Inn for a few nights and it was absolutely fantastic. The owner, John and Francie, were amazing and made me feel right at home. The rooms had a cozy, throwback feel to them and were incredibly clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that they had a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and the coffee service at the front desk was a delightful surprise. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the ferry docks and several great restaurants. The fire pit was a lovely touch, and I enjoyed having a fire on my last night. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning.

For the price, Huron Inn offered great value with clean and comfortable rooms that included a fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and the owner/manager was hardworking and attentive to guests. The location was convenient, just a 3-minute walk to Sheplers Ferry.

I loved the laid-back vibe of this place! Being able to play volleyball and ride skateboards right outside our room was a blast.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay and can't wait to return.

Clean! Clean! Clean! The rooms at Huron Inn were impeccably maintained and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness throughout the property. The newly updated accommodations were a bonus as well. The location was fantastic, with the ferry docks and restaurants within easy walking distance. The friendly owner made me feel welcome and ensured I had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Huron Inn for its cleanliness, great location, and well-maintained property.

During our Christmas stay, we found the beds to be clean and comfortable, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also satisfactory. Additionally, the host at the small office was kind and friendly, providing helpful service throughout our stay. The fact that the hotel was conveniently located within a 3-minute walk to the ferry made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the room we had needed some refurbishing, as the bath had grout that needed freshening up and there were shabby corners that were noticeable.

We stayed at a small and well-run motel near Dock 3 for Sheplers boat trip to Mackinac Island. the owner was inviting and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. the room was incredibly clean and had a fresh scent. the comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, and extra blankets made it easy to relax. the bathroom was surprisingly in great shape, like new. the manager went above and beyond to help us with the TV, providing tips and even coming to our room to fix it. it was a great value for money, with excellent staff and a quiet location.
