The Jamaica Palace is a stunning oasis, where exquisite international cuisine meets attentive staff that make you feel special. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi made our stay blissful.

The serene environment and stunning gardens provided a perfect escape from city life. The dining area felt like an art museum, and the spacious room made for a relaxing stay. However, the pool maintenance could be improved.

The age of the hotel is undeniable, with many areas in serious need of upgrades!!! The driveway surface is rough, and limited dining options could be expanded!!! Also, the power outage experience was far from ideal!!!

ready to accommodate our needs. The spacious rooms were well-appointed and the air conditioning worked fabulously in the heat. However, the limited number of fridges affected our stay a bit, especially in the warm climate.

The large, unique pool is stunning and well-kept. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in rooms.

The surroundings of the Palace were simply stunning, with lush trees that made for a serene family escape. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, and the staff treated us like royalty, which was fantastic for our stay with our little baby.

My kids wished there were activities for them beyond the pool.

I stayed in the Junior Suite and it was super spacious, airy, and comfy! The white chequered decor made it feel fancy, but I missed having a kettle in the room. The views from the balcony were stunning, definitely made it worth it. The room had all the essentials like AC and Wi-Fi, making it a chill spot to relax after exploring. Really enjoyed my time here!

This was just a solid selection for a relaxing holiday in Port Antonio with fantastic value. The outdoor space is huge, great for chilling and enjoying the sun. If you enjoy smoking, maybe try finding a secluded spot, as the staff might not be fond of it.
