The room at Jamaica Palace Hotel was like a dream! the hand decorated bed and crystal chandeliers made me feel like royalty. the European style bathtub was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. As a solo traveler, I felt pampered and safe.

The TV in the room kept going out, which was a bit frustrating.

I always stay where they found my lost documents once. It's perfect for me with Wi-Fi, parking, security, bar, restaurant, pool. I return for city breaks again and again.

For a short romantic getaway, we stayed at Jamaica Palace for three nights. the regal structure and attentive staff made us feel like royalty. the proximity to both Frenchman's Cove Beach and the Blue Lagoon spot was convenient. the picturesque views and lush garden added to the serene ambiance. the personalized breakfast service was a delightful touch, with exquisite meals served by the excellent staff.

The pool was excellent, the food was good, the air condition was exceptional, and the lawns were well kept. The room was unique and artistic, the bathroom was spacious, and the staff was polite. The manager was excellent and fully understands customer service. The views were amazing, and the grounds were clean and well kept. Highly recommend.

Spent new year’s eve in this hidden gem in Jamaica and it was fabulous! the lush tropical gardens and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. the room was clean and comfortable with an artistic touch that we loved. the food was beyond delicious, and the all-inclusive package was worth every penny. We tried different cuisines and enjoyed each one equally. the location was perfect for exploring the mountains and nearby Blue Lagoon, an absolute must-see in Jamaica.

Lighting in the pool areas and outdoor grounds could have been better as it was a bit dimly lit. However, given the amazing experience we had, these minor issues didn't dampen our overall experience staying at this beautiful hotel.
