I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a tranquil and serene location. The hotel is family-run and the owner, Mrs. Chin, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a large living room and a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities were in good condition. The hotel had its own private beach and the surrounding area felt safe and secure. We enjoyed delicious meals prepared by the talented staff, and the option to have breakfast in advance was a highlight of our stay. the attention to detail and the value for money made this hotel a hidden gem.

I loved the pool, it had the perfect water temperature and just the right amount of chlorine. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The suites were newly renovated with fresh paint, new air condition units, and comfy mattresses. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was like home-cooked meals. The location was perfect, right next to the beach and just a short walk to the local restaurants.

It was also conveniently located to explore other areas of interest in Jamaica. I had a wonderful experience at this resort.

I recently stayed at Pipers Cove in Runaway Bay for a short getaway. The apartment exceeded my expectations, with its cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. The grounds were beautiful and the staff, including Rick, Daisy, and Barris, were amazing. I always felt safe with the security measures in place. The food was outstanding in taste and portion size. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I will definitely return when I come back to the area.

The value for money at Pipers Cove was excellent, with spacious and fresh rooms that felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to the beach and with beautiful views from the pool area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel breakfast menu could use improvement, as it took quite long for the food to be served in the morning.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways! we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the property. Secondly, the location couldn't have been better. With miles of attractions just a stone's throw away, we were able to explore Runaway Bay to our heart's content. And being right next to the beach was a dream come true. The view from our clean and cozy room was simply breathtaking, with the ocean just a few steps away. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They made us feel like family, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome to the delicious breakfast, everything was taken care of with a smile. We can't wait to return!

All was perfect, nothing to improve.

Located right on the ocean with a great view and easy access to the beach. This place is close to local buses, and everything you need. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the kitchen is practical and clean. The rooms are a good size, and the bed is comfortable.

The overall decor does feel a bit dated and basic, and the beach is small and rocky.

the staff at the resort, including Mrs Daisy, Oswald, Kurt, and the rest of the team, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. the resort had a beautiful garden that was well-maintained, allowing for a relaxing atmosphere. the room was spacious and had a kitchen, which was perfect for making breakfast and dinner. the fresh smell in the room and the excellent air conditioning made it even more comfortable. the housekeepers were excellent, and the WiFi worked flawlessly. it was a great stay and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jamaica.

The hotel had newly upholstered furniture in the living room, which was a pleasant surprise. the air conditioning was available in both the bedroom and the living room/kitchen, providing a comfortable stay. the wifi connection was free and had a perfect connection throughout the stay. the hotel was not crowded and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The beach was not very impressive, but there was a public beach just a short distance away. the hotel could use some updates, such as new furniture and a face lift in the apartments.
