The amenities in the bathroom were great, and the comfortable queen beds made our tired bodies feel at ease after a long journey with our kids. The hotel's central location allowed us easy access to everything we wanted to explore, and the friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

I visited Greenville with my daughter to tour the local college campus. Despite a grumpy guest ahead of us, Troy at the front desk remained cheerful and helpful. He even sent a text to ensure our comfort and gave great directions for our visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, with nice bed sheets and a TV. The staff was amazing – friendly, accommodating, and even provided free toiletries. We appreciated the heated pool and enjoyed a pleasant overnight stay. Best hotel customer service experience ever!

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn for a concert and was pleasantly surprised by its convenient location right next to the arena. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and were always available to assist. The rooms were clean and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep on the comfortable bed. The breakfast offered was standard but satisfying. Additionally, the hotel had a functional business center with a printer, although it was not very secluded.

Shortage of towels and washcloths, had to use damp washcloths and wait for towels to be washed and reused. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited food options that took a long time to be replenished.

The breakfast options were decent, considering it was complimentary. the staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The bed was so comfortable that we both slept like babies. The breakfast may have been simple, but the apple was fresh and the granola bar was delicious. we had a great stay and we would definitely come back.
