I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Negril. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms being spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect as well, within walking distance to several local restaurants and beach bars. I loved being able to stroll down the beach to different places and explore the town center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Loved the complementary cocktails offered at sunset. the location couldn't be better, with the beach just a few steps away and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.

The food in the restaurant was overpriced and lacked variety. the staff at the reception were not very friendly or helpful and didn't seem interested in making my stay enjoyable.

Right on the beach, which is certainly not true everywhere in Jamaica. The entire setting is gorgeous. Wifi was a great deal for the $. Restaurant, bar, security. Service was prompt and mistakes were corrected quickly. Had a great happy hour three times per week. Our room was kept very clean and room service was great.

Stayed in a superior room with comfortable beds and a good standard at an affordable price. The hotel is located right on the beach and is in the center of everything in Negril. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant served excellent food. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and refreshing. Security was great, providing a sense of safety throughout the stay.

Some guests have complained about the lack of privacy due to the close proximity of the rooms.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, from the rooms to the restaurant. The hotel facilities included a beautiful pool and hot tub right outside our room, and a stunning beach with comfortable chairs and the added security of a lifeguard. The location was ideal, within walking distance to local restaurants, and convenient for trips to Ricks Cafe and Burbon Beach or taking a boat to the nearby island for lunch. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
