During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the modern design and comfortable setting of the hotel. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were exceptionally kind and hospitable. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the city.

There were a few downsides to my experience. Additionally, there were some issues with the kitchen service, resulting in slow delivery of meals.

Great breakfast selection, delicious ackee and saltfish. Views from dining area were stunning. Staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome. Loved the balcony in our room for unwinding. Convenient location, nearby Devon House for sightseeing.

The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near bus stops and popular attractions like the Bob Marley museum and Devon House. the hotel provided comfortable accommodations and had a great location, but there were areas that could use improvement such as soundproofing and breakfast service.

There were some issues that dampened my experience at the hotel. The soundproofing in the rooms was poor, and I could hear noises from the corridor and adjoining rooms, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast service was disappointing, with rude and grumpy staff, slow service, and poor quality food. I was also disappointed to learn that despite the initial information stating that breakfast was included, there were limitations on the options available, and additional charges applied for certain items.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful to the absolute utmost. They made an effort to know our names and greeted us warmly every morning. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the rooftop bar and restaurant offered breathtaking skyline views of the city. The location in the heart of the city was perfect, as it was close to the town center and in a good area.

My stay at R Hotel was fantastic! I spent two days there and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel staff was attentive and friendly. I especially loved the idea of having a kitchenette and access to a washing machine and dryer. It made coming back from holiday so much easier. The location was convenient as well, with the Emancipation Park within walking distance. a truly enjoyable stay.
