Great value for money. I was pleasantly surprised with the modern facilities, spacious room, and friendly service at Ritz. While not in the best neighborhood, the hotel is a safe haven. Overall I'd recommend it.

The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to both the train station and metro. Additionally, there are plenty of street food options nearby. The room was comfortable with a good bathroom and bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was tasty with a good selection of Indian dishes.

The cleanliness of the bed sheets could be improved. On one of the last days of my stay, the bed sheets looked like they were used or not properly cleaned, with spots and male hair on them.

This hotel is a great value for money with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and basic amenities. The location is perfect for catching an early train in the morning as it is very close to the New Delhi railway station. The staff is friendly and attentive. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided.

The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was right in the heart of the city. This made it very convenient for us to get around and explore. We also enjoyed the sound-proof windows in our room, which kept out the noise from the busy street outside.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Delhi. the staff at Ritz were incredibly welcoming, offering us a refreshing glass of juice and a bottle of water upon arrival. the room was clean and comfortable, with a spotless, cozy bed that could be heated to the perfect temperature. We appreciated the complimentary water, fruit, crisps, and biscuits. the breakfast had a good variety of food, including fresh omelettes and pancakes. the coffee machine and Nescafé provided allowed us to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. the rooftop area was a great place to relax and enjoy drinks brought up by the attentive staff.
